Video Editing

Through fun pixlr.com projects students take pictures and edit the pictures. Students also capture video clips, edit the clips to become one continuous video, and add music using Windows Movie Maker.

Little Engineers: Bridge Design

FJG380JH0C6MHOV.MEDIUMLearn about bridge engineering and use your creativity to build and test a toothpick bridge. The first day learn about structures and bridge design using a computer program. The second day you will construct a bridge using toothpicks as lumber. Third day a competition is held and the bridges are tested to see how much weight they can hold.

Game Design

Learn creativity, problem solving, and storytelling, by programming fun games. Anyone can use the free, simple visual programming language to make a game, young children as well as adults with no design or programming skills. Since the software is free students can continue to create and learn even after the course is complete.
