Theater Arts Education
ACT @ St. Andrew’s (ACTSA) is the former All Children’s Theater. We offer theatrical training in a creative and collaborative environment for grades K-12, from the aspiring performer to the one who wants to make friends and build confidence.
ACTSA is open to ALL youth in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
Student-ACTors learn the fundamentals of the theater arts including improvisation, acting skills, playwriting skills, voice and diction, movement, and musical theater skills. All programs are process-oriented with an informal presentation at the end of each class. Our journey is as important as our destination.

ACTSA ENSEMBLE
The ACTSA Ensemble is the performance arm of ACT @ St. Andrew’s. ACTors, ages 8-18, perform for audiences while continuing to study acting and technical theater. ACTors must have completed ACTSA classes for ages 8 and up, or a two-week summer theater camp to join. Experienced ACTors over age 12 who have not taken classes/camps may be invited to audition.

ACTSA Summer camps
ACTSA , the former All Children’s Theatre, is back in action offering a dynamic theater arts camps for the budding ACTor to the starstruck advanced ACTor.
Campers work in ensemble to develop their ACTing skills including character creation, play scripting, voice and movement, improvisation and performance techniques all within a fun, safe and engaging environment. All camps conclude in a final presentation for family and friends.
ACTSA builds a culture of confidence and self empowerment on and offstage.

1 week/half day for ages 4-7
2 week/full day for ages 8-18
Prices range from $185 - $585 (No scholarships or financial aid available)

The Festival Ballet Providence Center for Dance Education offers a comprehensive dance curriculum for ages 3 to adults (it is also the home of Providence’s only professional ballet company: Festival Ballet Providence). An international faculty chaired by Artistic Director Mihailo Djuric, provides excellent training for both recreational and pre-professional students. Over 70 classes a week are offered in the morning, afternoon and evening including: Creative Movement, Rhythm and Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Pointe, Variations, Jazz and Floor Barre. The mission of the Jewish Community Center of Rhode Island is to strengthen Jewish identity, family life, community, and the connection between the local Jewish community and Israel. Depending on your child’s tastes and skills, you may choose our J-Camp Experience or one of our Specialty Camps (such as Performing Arts and Music, Elite National Soccer Camp, or KidzArt Secret Agent Camp) that will be offered every week of camp.

Birthday parties: Customized party packages including room for cake and gifts. Themed party packages for ages 3 and up include sports, swim parties, arts and crafts, gymnastics, storytelling, scientific exploration and more. New this year is Laser Tag in our gym and Princess Parties. Pool parties available Sunday 1-3 p.m.

description: Kids get fit! Junior Jazzercise is for kids ages 7-11. Saturday mornings 11:30am starting February 19 through March 26.
Kids will move to their favoriate songs in a noncompetitive atmosphere where they will be challenged and rewarded for their efforts. They will improve their coordination, balance, posture, confidence and endurance to be stronger for any sport or activity. They will also learn about nutrition and physiology in an easy-to-understand format. Above all, they will learn at an early age that getting fit is important, but can be fun!!!
