Kidoinfo Providence Story Time Returns to Burnside Park on Thursdays this Summer!

Families bring a blanket and enjoy different weekly storytellers under the trees near the fountain in Burnside Park. Kidoinfo will feature at least one book each Tuesday morning from a local Rhode Island author or illustrator (see list below).

A variety of special events are listed on the Treasure Map & Family Passport. These events offer another fun opportunity to explore different local sites and have your passport stamped. Events include Windmill Wednesdays at Prescott Farm on the last Wednesday of each month,YMCA Family Fun Day on July 9, a Civil War Reenactment at Fort Adams on July 9 & 10, Take Me Fishing Day at Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge on August 13, Movies on the Rocks at Ballard Park on August 10, 17 & 24, and the annual Harvest Fair at Norman Bird Sanctuary on October 1 and 2.
