Family Yoga is about connecting youth and families through shared time and experience. Based on the Best Practices for youth development and yogic philosophy our classes include poses, breathing techniques, meditation, alongside, laughter and fun. The goal of our family yoga class is for families to bring mindfulness and simplicity home.
