Kids and their families will get a chance to learn how to cook farm raised produce over the fire at the hearth of the 18th century Tenant Farmhouse. We’ll start by selecting produce preserved for winter storage, investigate old recipes in an 18th century cookbook, and then prepare a dish the way it was done 200 years ago!
