Ali Kenner Brodsky will lead a pre/post natal class. Pre-Natal Pilates is a safe and effective way to exercise while you are pregnant. This class will focus on stretching and strengthening while promoting good body mechanics and posture. Pre-Natal Pilates will not only keep you fit throughout your pregnancy, but will help with recovery as well.
