On a positive note.

Fill a jar with hope and goodness all year long. I have seen this idea floating around cyberspace for awhile—not sure of its origin. I love the simplicity of this activity and the positive vibes it sends out.

  • container (one for each person or share one for the whole family)
  • paper
  • writing utensil

how-to

  • Re-purpose an empty glass jar or container.
  • Add a note every time something good happens.
  • On New Year’s Eve, empty the jar and read and share notes with family.
