Thanks for the great posting, Anisa! This festival has been made possible by all the great partnerships that we’ve built along the way! Abby Stranahan looked around Providence when she relocated from NY with her family a couple years ago and said “Providence would be a great place for a children’s film festival!” The rest of us on the organizing committee agreed, and yes, after many long hours, here we are and so glad to be here! We hope to see as many of your readers as possible at the movies, this year and the next and the next . . . .

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to and recognize the group of local parents and other film buffs in putting in the LONG hours planning this event. They have done a great deal of work behind the scenes for many months, days and hours to bring us this. Our kids (and parents) are so lucky!!

This is going to be an amazing week-end for all who attend. For me the next best thing to being there will be having you here on the 15th to “hear” the boys reviews in person. Who needs to eat? this will be food for the soul.
