Time to Spring Forward!

AlarmSet your clocks forward 1 hour at 2 am (or whenever you go to bed). This year, Daylight Saving Time (DST) is extended one month and begins tonight for most of the United States. This new start date was set in the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to help save electricity. Daylight Saving Time, takes on new meaning when you are a parent – for good and bad. From what it will do to your kid’s sleep schedule, to more time for a walk or to play at the park after dinner. Personally, the longer days put me in a better mood.

Celebrate Daylight Saving Time (DST) – for little kids to big kids.
