When: July 1, 2018
Jamestown: East Ferry Beach, Canonicus Avenue. Enjoy music on the town square by Next Stop at 7 p.m. Fireworks will be fired from a barge in East Ferry. Viewing is good at Mackerel Cove Town Beach. Parking is available along Canonicus Avenue, Narragansett Avenue. (Rain date: July 6th).
Putnam CT: Putnam Rotary Park, 196 Kennedy Drive. Fabulous Fireworks display at dusk sponsored by Price Chopper/Market 32.
When: Jul 2, 2018
Block Island: Crescent Beach, 7 Corn Neck Road. Live music at 7:30pm. Enjoy the annual fireworks display from any location on Crescent Beach, Old or New Harbor.
Pawtucket: McCoy Stadium, 1 Columbus Avenue. Enjoy the ballgame, 6:15 1st pitch followed by fireworks!
Smithfield: Bryant University, 1150 Douglas Pike. Come see The U.S. Navy Band perform at 8 pm followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. Don’t forget your lawn chairs & blankets! (Rain date: July 8)
When: July 3, 2018
Bristol: Independence Park, 411 Thames Street. 7:30PM concert “Songs in the Attic” with fireworks! (Rain date: July 5)
Cumberland: Tucker Field, 2600 Mendon Road. Enjoy the food trucks 5-9 pm, music by Kelley Lennon at 6:30 pm then the annual Cumberland fireworks display about 9 pm! (Rain date: July 5).
East Providence: Pierce Memorial Field, 201 Mercer Street. East Providence will celebrate with a free concert “Kicking Hole & Crushed Velvet” then it’s time for fireworks. (Rain date is July 5). The gates open at 6 pm. No pets will be allowed.
Freetown, MA: South Main & Water Streets, Assonet, Massachusetts. The annual fireworks festival will be held at Hathaway Park, Water Street, Assonet (near the former The Assonet Inn) beginning at 6:00 pm. Join us again the next morning for the annual parade!
North Kingstown: Town Beach, 10 Beach Street. Lafayette Band begins at 7 p.m. and fireworks will start at dusk! (Rain date: July 6).
North Providence: Governor John A Notte Jr Park on Twin Rivers, 1160 Douglas Avenue. Musical entertainment by Reminisce 6 pm – 9:30 pm, food court 6-9 pm and fireworks at 9 pm. (Rain date: July 5)

Scituate: Hope Jackson Fire Station at Hope Park, 117 Main Street. Starting at 5 p.m. food for sale including clam cakes, burgers, chowder. Also, fun kids activities which include bounce house, face painting, Shrine clowns, balloon animals, temporary tattoos, smoke trailer, glow-sticks and more. Fireworks about 9:30 p.m. (401) 828-6460.
Warwick: Oakland Beach Seawall, 889 Oakland Beach Avenue. Can also be viewed from City Park. (401) 738-2000 (Rain date: July 5)
Woonsocket: Barry Memorial Field, annual Independence Day concert and fireworks celebration is set for Tuesday, July 3, at. Festivities kick-off with a musical performance by local favorites Jeff Gamache and Runaway Train at 6:30pm followed by fireworks!
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to fully enjoy the night’s performances. (Rain date: July 5)
When: July 4, 2018
Fall River, MA: Battleship Cove, 5 Water Street. Watch the City of Fall River’s magnificent display of fireworks from the decks of the battleship USS Massachusetts. Gates open at 7:30 pm. Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 pm. Tickets are $10.00 per person, and are available at the Museum’s Gift Shop now, or online.
Newport: Newport Harbor Best viewing is anywhere along Newport Harbor facing west. (401) 845-5437 (Rain date: July 5)
Narragansett: Narragansett Town Beach, 39 Boston Neck Road. A beach party starts at with sand castles by Sandtasia. “Brass Force” performs 5-7 pm on the deck at the North Beach Clubhouse. Fireworks at dusk. (401) 782-0658 (Rain date: July 5)
New Bedford, MA: State Pier, Union Street. Celebrate Independence Day with a spectacular fireworks display over New Bedford Harbor! The fireworks will be staged from a barge off State Pier in New Bedford Harbor. Fireworks viewing will NOT be allowed on the east face of State pier instead, fireworks viewers will be encouraged to watch from lower Union Street which we have blocked off at RT18 & Union, Union Street to N. Water Street.
Portsmouth: Escobar’s Highland Farm, 133 Middle Road. Come watch the display which is both a celebration of our nation’s independence as well as an annual community gathering tradition. Many enjoy the show because of its rural, community feel. It also is an opportunity to explore the farm. (401) 683-1444.
Providence: India Point Park, 201 India Street. Ride your bike down to India Point Park. There will be a free bike valet operated by the RI Bicycle Coalition from 5:30 pm to 10 pm near Vartan Gregorian Elementary School. Onset-Wareham: Onset Beach, Wareham, Massachusetts. The 2018 Onset-Wareham Fireworks display will be held on Saturday, July 7th, 2018 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Free parking at Hynes and Lopes Fields off of Onset Avenue. Onset Pier parking will be strictly handicapped after 5:00 pm. Keep your eyes open for our “donation stations” located near Hynes Field, Dummy Bridge and Stonebridge.
