This specially designed program gives motivated students the tools they need to succeed in school and to stay accountable to their college goals. Financially eligible students are rewarded for their effort and achievement with up to four years of college scholarships.

The mission of The College Crusade is to increase high school graduation, college and career readiness, and college completion for youth in Rhode Island’s low-income communities. The College Crusade was inspired by the idea that the consistent involvement of caring adults helps young people overcome economic and educational disadvantages by encouraging their commitment to learning.

The College Crusade of Rhode Island is the state’s most comprehensive college-readiness and scholarship program for middle school and high school students in low-income urban school districts.
