Boscov’s Department Store at Providence Place Mall will be visited by famed Paddington illustrator and Rhode Island resident, R.W. Alley, at noon on Sunday September 29, 2019. Boscov’s officially opens on Thursday, September 26, 2019.
Alley is an award-winning author and illustrator of more than 100 books, focusing primarily on children’s literature. For the last 20 years, he’s illustrated Michael Bond’s Paddington Bear books, in all their formats.
