This group offers a variety of family friendly fitness classes and get-togethers for children and adults. This way moms, dads, grandparents, and nannies can get a great workout with the kids joining in the fun! This is a wonderful place to socialize with other families and kids, all while getting in shape and setting a healthy example for your children by showing them how fun and important it is to exercise.
