Celebrate Earth Day by celebrating Narragansett Bay!
The “Old School Art Contest” is on!
Calling all artists in grades K-12! Do you enjoy exploring the shoreline with friends and family? Or maybe you like to spend time fishing, kayaking or swimming? If so, your favorite place on Narragansett Bay could be anywhere in Rhode Island, from Providence to Westerly, Warwick to East Providence, or Warren to Little Compton—and we want to see it!
This Earth Day, we are excited to announce the third annual “Old School Art Contest” and extend an invitation to young artists everywhere to show us their interpretation of this year’s theme: “My Place on The Bay!”
Artists, pick up some colored pencils or markers, and submit your artwork any time by Memorial Day (May 31) for your chance to win a copy of your artwork printed on canvas, a Save The Bay sweatshirt, and more!
Finalists and winners will be selected in four grade-based categories.
All entries must be submitted digitally using the online form.
