Santander Bank and the New England Revolution have announced the first-ever open-to-the-public soccer clinic at Gillette Stadium to be hosted on August 17, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. The clinic is for kids ages 5-17.
Santander Bank is offering kids and families an opportunity to play soccer alongside their favorite Revolution players on the team’s home pitch. Parents may reserve a spot for their child online at: www.revolutionsoccer.net/2018-santander-public-clinic. It is recommended that attendees bring a water bottle and their own soccer ball. Advanced registration is required to participate in the clinic.
The free and open-to-the-public clinic will feature New England Revolution players and Revolution Academy Coaches leading a skills clinic with drills, demonstrations, and instruction for young soccer fans (ages 5 through 17) and their families. Fans will have the chance to meet and play soccer alongside a host of Revolution stars, as well as enjoy photo and autograph opportunities.
“Santander Bank is excited to affiliate with the Revolution to provide the incredible opportunity for fans to join their favorite players on the field,” said Cynthia Lariviere, Santander Bank’s region president for the Southern and Western New England region. “We are dedicated to engaging with and supporting the local community and are proud to invite kids and their families to meet, learn, and play soccer with Revolution star players.”
In addition to the opportunity to improve their soccer skills, fans in attendance will enjoy FIFA soccer, a Revolution prize wheel, and ice cream from Friendly’s.
