Kidoinfo Storytime is back to haunt Burnside Park on October 26, 2019! This spooktacular event is fun for all ages, and a great family-friendly, not-so-scary event featuring spooky and funny stories and tons of fall fun!
This year will be working off our summer theme of Virginia Lee Burton but with a Tim Burton twist!
10:30 – 11:30: Spooky Storytime welcomes special guests Alison Paul, Ricky Katowicz of The Rainbow Beard Show, Kara LaReau, and Keri King to read their favorite Halloween themed books.
11:30 – 12:30: Haunted Art in the Park follows with a Halloween inspired art project led by Ricky Katowicz and Keri King.
Enjoy a Halloween dance party + costume parade, a Hay Bale Maze to explore, mini pumpkins to adorn, and crisp apples to crunch from our local farmers.
Trick or Treat your way through our Halloween activity tables, identify Anatomy with Ms. Bones (our life-sized skeleton model)! Kids in costumes get a treat! But no costumes, no problem – if you don’t have one, you can make one here!
FREE face painting from Ratt Scallion Face Painting to help bring your costume your life.
Plus – Brandon’s Beach maritime themed playground is OPEN and a perfect playscape for sailors, sea creatures, and pirates. AHOY!
