cat in the hatMy boys got these adorable Cat in the Hat treats from our friends, Jason of Rag & Bone Bindery and his daughter, in honor of the book’s 50th birthday.

DIY | Cat in the Hat Treat
– donut holes
– marshmallows
– frosting
– black & red shoestring licorice
– red & black m&m’s
– cupcake liner

Use the frosting to “glue” licorice stripes onto marshmallow hat. Frost donut hole for head and attach black and red M&Ms for eyes and nose. Cut black shoestring licorice to size and attach with frosting for whiskers. Place finished Cat in the Hat in cupcake liner.
